• To help you release your people into the 160+ hours a week they're not at the church building.

We believe that the churches' greatest asset, after the Trinity, is the bride of Christ. After all, she IS the church. Yet she is sitting in congregations Sunday after Sunday waiting to be sent, to be free to live out His life all week. The books of John and Acts record how they set the world on fire armed only with love. It can happen again.

We want to help your church grow again. There are four basic options. But tailored programs to help each specific church are what we do best.

ONE DAY ASSESSMENT:
For senior staff and leaders. This determines potential ‘philosophy shift’ and identifies new ’symbols of success’.

TWO DAY ALIGNMENT PROCESS:
We identify potential staff/systems changes for new success.

TWO DAY RESYMBOL CONFERENCE:
This 4 session conference helps staff/lay leadership to find the center of the same page. (Fri and Sat morn)

CREATE STRATEGY & IMPLEMENT:
Timeline development assigns dates and duties to personnel to accomplish tasks and ensure all communications are reinforced and in alignment.
